What has actually been confirmed?
The municipality dates the start of De Sax to 28 October 2025. BAM confirms foundation work on 14 September 2026 for Havana, a tower of approximately 180 metres. This is evidence of construction, not merely a design or permit.

Completed buildings, towers being built and future proposals belong in separate rankings. Check whether quoted heights include technical installations. An impressive rendering does not prove that construction has started; a construction start does not mean homes are already available.
