Rotterdam's future high-rise projects
New tower proposals help explain how Rotterdam may develop. Use them for longer-term orientation, not as a list of homes you can apply for or reserve today.

A plan is not construction
Flow Town was presented in September 2026; the municipality expects construction from 2028. RISE's zoning plan was adopted in 2025. That decision does not prove physical construction has started. Permission, sales launch and handover are separate milestones too.
Keep your shortlist flexible
Record each project's source, checked date and last confirmed stage. Treat forecast dates as provisional and establish who will manage any rental or sales process. Compare public transport, everyday services and surrounding construction disruption. An architectural image shows a design intention; later verify the actual apartment, outdoor space and specification offered. Keep alternatives if your moving date is fixed.
Check before deciding
- Separate proposals, permissions and demonstrable building work.
- Check current project updates before making commitments.
- Never treat a newsletter subscription as a housing allocation.
Official sources
Independent guidance. A project mention does not confirm availability; the original provider manages supply and terms.
Open the source for the specific location or service and record confirmed and missing information. A general mention does not establish a particular date, price or availability.
